5 Steps in textile production

In-House Design Department (CAD)

The design department ensures professional implementation of customers’ interweaving requirements. Templates are developed at the computer and converted into electronic commands for the weaving machines. We also form individual 3D visualisation for our clients during this phase.

High-tech linen weaving mill

In the weaving mill, eleven latest-generation jacquard machines turn ideas into fabric, producing up to 100 metres of fabric per hour or 300 km per year.

Cutting

The art of cutting lies in cutting the individual items exactly and on the grain. This enables textiles to retain their perfect form after washing. It’s a process done by hand to ensure absolutely the best quality.

Finishing / Sewing Studio

The sewing workshop contains, in addition to sewing machines, a number of special pieces of equipment such as hemstitch machines, used by the seamstresses to finish textiles by hand.

Embroidery

Logos, names and monograms are embroidered on towelling items, bed and table linen in a computer-controlled process. Here, too, leadingedge technology is used to ensure top quality, precision and efficiency.
